We offer a 14-day refund policy for our eBooks and video courses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. 

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 7-10 days

To be eligible for a refund:

      1. You must not have consumed more than 30% of the content. We monitor the engagement with our digital products to ensure that our policy is fair for both customers and us.

      1. You may be asked to provide feedback on your experience with the product. While providing feedback is optional, it helps us improve our offerings.

      1. Refund requests can be made by contacting us at contact@happylife247.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

    This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our content while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Personal Consultations

    Due to the nature of personal consultations, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions. The payment for personal consultations is for the time and expertise provided.

    However, we understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and we will gladly reschedule your session without any additional fees.
